Fit Profit Partners aims for your complete satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines conditions under which refunds may be issued.

1. Monthly Service Packages

   • All monthly fees are non-refundable after the first 7 days of each billing cycle.

   • To request a refund or cancellation, notify us in writing at wellnessbookkeeperpro@gmail.com within the first 7 days of the billing month.

   • No refunds will be issued for services rendered in that billing period.

2. One-Time Projects & Add-Ons

   • Prepaid one-time projects (e.g., cleanup, setup) may be eligible for a partial refund if work has not commenced.

   • If project work has started within 48 hours of purchase, no refunds will be issued.

   • Submit refund requests within 7 days of payment; all requests are subject to review.

3. Dispute Resolution

   • If you believe your refund request was mishandled, escalate to wellnessbookkeeprpro@gmail.com

   • We will review and respond within 14 business days.

4. Liability Disclaimer
   Except for refunds issued under this policy or liability due to our gross negligence or willful misconduct, Fit Profit Partners disclaims all liability related to refunds or cancellations.
